Under the prestigious Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) scheme, VistaGlobal Solutions partnered with the Telangana State Government to solarize agricultural feeders and install high-efficiency decentralized solar water pumps.

This transformative agricultural initiative liberates farmers from erratic night-time grid supply, provides reliable daytime irrigation, and enables rural farming communities to generate supplementary income by feeding surplus solar power back into the local discom grid.

Executing the PM-KUSUM project required navigating highly decentralized rural logistics, adapting solar pumping controllers to operate seamlessly with existing legacy submersible pumps, and withstanding harsh, dusty agricultural environments.

Educating local farming communities on system operation, preventing unauthorized grid tampering, and establishing a highly responsive rural service network were critical to the project's long-term viability.

We deployed IP65-rated, dust-proof and weather-resistant solar pump controllers equipped with integrated MPPT tracking and remote GSM cellular monitoring. The mounting structures were elevated and reinforced to prevent flooding damage during heavy irrigation cycles.

Comprehensive vernacular training programs and dedicated regional mobile service vans were established to support farming communities, ensuring over 99% system availability and driving a sustainable green revolution in Telangana's agricultural sector.
