2. Scope of Services & EPC

VistaGlobal Solutions provides engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and installation services for:

• High-efficiency solar energy systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar plants).
• Waste heat recovery systems (steam expander generators, waste-to-energy recovery loops).
• Consultancy, system design, structural engineering, and feasibility studies.

Detailed project timelines, capacity parameters, and specific deliverables will be defined in individual, signed commercial agreements/proposals between VistaGlobal Solutions and the client.

3. User Obligations & Site Access

For site surveys and solar EPC installations, clients are obligated to provide safe, unimpeded access to the designated installation rooftop or plot. The client is responsible for obtaining any internal corporate approvals required for structural load verification or property access, while VistaGlobal Solutions will assist in coordinating state electricity board (discom) net-metering approvals as specified in individual contract agreements.

4. Estimates & Payments

Quotes and estimations generated via our website or email represent preliminary assessments based on user inputs. Final project pricing is subject to on-site technical audits. Payment milestones (typically divided into design/engineering advances, procurement delivery, installation progress, and net-metering integration stages) will be specified in the formal contract agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, VistaGlobal Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on VistaGlobal Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana for the resolution of any disputes.
